Shipping:
We do our best to ship in stock orders within 4 business days of order being placed. We take great care in each and every order no matter how big or small.

Orders are generally shipped via Priority Mail with the United States Post Office.

Multiple ships for PREORDERS will be shipped First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Royal Brat will make that decision baased on the value of merchandise.

You will receive your order in two to thress days from the date your order was shipped. For earlier delivery, we're happy to expedite your shipping for an additional charge:

Exchanges & Returns:
Royal Brat strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an exceptional shopping experience.  If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may return it, for a STORE CREDIT within 10 days from the date received. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Sale items are NON REFUNDABLE. Upon receipt of your approved return, Royal Brat will either issue store credit once return item has been recieved back or ship the item you selected in exchange.

Custom-designed items, personalized items and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order  and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom, personalized or made-to-order are noted in either the product description or indicated in the ships in time.
